Manufacturing
Where are your products made?
All our products are made to order by our amazing partner Printful. They have two manufacturing sites - all orders for the US are made in a US facility, and everything else is made in a facility in Latvia. For more information about how your garments are made, read this blog post.
What are your t-shirts made from?
All our t-shirts are made of a mix of 95% polyester and 5% elastane (fabric composition may vary by 1%). This is a very soft, comfortable and stretchy fabric. It's especially great for dancing and exercise because it wicks away sweat. We've been wearing these shirts daily for several years and the colours never fade even after repeated washing.
Are your shirts environmentally friendly?
Your garment will be printed on demand using state-of-the-art equipment. For more information about Printful's sustainability, read this blog post.
Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
We lovingly create each item as soon as you order it to reduce waste, but this means it takes a little longer. Once shipped most orders take 5 days to 2 weeks depending on where you live. To get an accurate shipping date, enter your address into the cart page or contact us.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
We're sorry but because each item is custom-made just for you, we don't allow exchanges or returns. Please ensure that you use our sizing guide to order the correct size for you.
Can I pay extra for next-day delivery?
Sorry, no. All our products are custom-made to order, which can take a couple of weeks to ship depending on where you live.
Will I have to pay import duty?
Orders placed in the US and Mexico are made in the US, all other products are made in Latvia. You'll need to check whether your country will charge import duty on products shipping from these countries.
Note to UK buyers: we've found that people ordering a single t-shirt don't often get charged import duty, but orders containing multiple products are usually subject to import duty. Hope this helps!
